Sherpa & Company Provides Sustainability Information Disclosure Support Cloud "SmartESG" to Nihon Nohyaku

Sherpa & Company Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Jun Sugimoto; hereinafter "Sherpa") announced that it has begun providing its sustainability information disclosure support cloud "SmartESG" to Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Iwata; hereinafter "Nihon Nohyaku") from April 1, 2026.

Since its establishment in 1928, Nihon Nohyaku has developed its business with agrochemical operations at its core. This time, Nihon Nohyaku has decided to adopt "SmartESG," and Sherpa will begin providing the service from April 2026. By utilizing the "Database" and "Workflow" functions, Nihon Nohyaku will centrally manage its sustainability information on the cloud, standardizing and streamlining the entire process from information collection from various sources to disclosure.
