Nagase & Co. Adopts 'SmartESG' Sustainability Information Disclosure Support Cloud

Cierpa & Co. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Jun Sugimoto; hereinafter 'Cierpa') announces that it will begin providing its sustainability information disclosure support cloud, 'SmartESG', to Nagase & Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hiroyuki Ueshima; hereinafter 'Nagase & Co.') starting June 1, 2026.

Recognizing that continuous corporate activities contributing to solving social and environmental issues lead to sustainable growth, the company is strongly promoting sustainability to contribute to society at large.

With the decision to introduce 'SmartESG', Cierpa will commence service provision in June 2026. Nagase & Co. will leverage the 'Database' feature of 'SmartESG' to centralize the management of its sustainability information in the cloud and build reproducible operations, thereby realizing the standardization and rationalization of its responses.

Through the provision of 'SmartESG', Cierpa will continue to support the further sophistication of sustainability management for adopting companies.
