Circlace and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Promote Advanced Learning Experiences Through Data Infrastructure Construction

Circlace Inc., which supports corporate growth through AI and data under the slogan 'Beyond AI,' and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), known for its international environment where nearly half of the students are international, have announced a collaboration to strengthen student engagement and enrollment management. Through this partnership, APU will accelerate its educational DX by building a foundation that allows student-related information to be shared and utilized across the university. This will enable both personalized learning experiences and improved operational efficiency. APU previously faced challenges such as information overload from static notices, paper-based application processes, and data silos between systems. In this collaboration, a student portal was built on a cloud platform, integrating personalized notifications linked to course information, online applications, and management functions for faculty. This ensures that necessary information reaches students at the right time, while reducing the administrative burden on staff and enabling data-driven student support. Moving forward, the university aims to further advance educational DX by leveraging AI on this newly established data foundation.
