Circlace Adopts 3rd AI Agent Employee "EVAN" to Automate and Enhance PMO Operations

Circlace Inc., advocating "Beyond AI," has hired its 3rd AI agent employee, "EVAN," following "AGENA" and "CDX-one." EVAN is designed to automate PMO operations and enhance quality, addressing challenges like expert shortages, increased workloads, and communication gaps in managing multiple projects. Trained on structured and unstructured data like business systems, management tools, and meeting audio, EVAN summarizes project statuses, analyzes QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Scope) changes, and detects delays or risks. It provides objective evaluations to the PMO team, reducing manual effort and standardizing decision quality without relying on personal intuition. Additionally, EVAN cross-analyzes numerous projects to share summary reports on risks and progress, significantly improving productivity. By facilitating timely information sharing based on communication histories, EVAN also strengthens collaboration between the PMO and field teams.
