FA Corporation Launches "Vacation Rental Facility Production" Leveraging Luxury Condominium Hotel "Citson Garden" Series Know-how

Sapporo, Japan – FA Corporation (Headquarters: Sapporo, Toyohira Ward, Representative: Kazuyuki Tenna), operator of the luxury condominium hotel series "Citson Garden" in Sapporo, has launched a new "Vacation Rental Facility Production" service leveraging its own know-how.

The inaugural facility, "WELLZ N5" (located at Nishi 9-chome, Kita 5-jo, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, 17-3), is a high-grade reinforced concrete 13-story rental apartment building developed by Arc Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Toyohira Ward, Representative: Kenji Watanabe). It primarily features 2LDK units, totaling 23 rooms. Capitalizing on its prime location, a 15-minute walk from Sapporo Station (8-minute walk from Sapporo Station on the Namboku Subway Line), 12 rooms from the 2nd to 7th floors have been converted into vacation rental facilities and opened on April 1st.

Utilizing the know-how of FA Corporation's "Citson Garden," an inbound-oriented high-grade accommodation facility, the unit combination design allows for comfortable stays for up to 8 people. In response to the increasing demand from "nomad workers," facilities suitable for nomad work have been enhanced, also supporting stays for small groups within individual units.

Entrance Equipped with a Large LED Display

The first floor will feature a dining tenant available for both rental residents and vacation rental guests (scheduled to open in June 2026). The entrance, equipped with a large LED display, and electronic locks with facial recognition in each room, contribute to a level of quality that transcends a standard rental apartment.
