CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY, the only permanent circuit within Tokyo's 23 wards, operated by TOM'S Co., Ltd. (Minato City, Tokyo; President: Isao Tanimoto, hereinafter "TOM'S"), will host a "Free Kids' EV Kart Trial Event" on July 20, 2026 (Monday, a national holiday), to commemorate the 3rd and 4th rounds of the AUTOBACS All-Japan Kart Championship EV Division.

Helmets and gloves are available for free rental.

Kids' EV Karts operate on an indoor circuit.

The Kids' EV Kart, normally priced at 2,000 yen for 20 minutes, will be available for free unlimited rides during the event hours, as long as participants line up. The karts feature remote speed control, ensuring safety even for young children. Since the course is indoors, the event will proceed rain or shine.

On the same day, the premier kart racing event in Japan—the 3rd and 4th rounds of the AUTOBACS All-Japan Kart Championship EV Division—will also take place. Witness an ultra-high-speed battle exceeding 100 km/h, featuring 12 handpicked male and female drivers selected through auditions. This national-level race, typically held in suburban areas, will be brought to Odaiba and offered for free live viewing.
