Starting April 1st, we will begin digital utilization support services using our dedicated vehicle, the "Smartphone Support Vehicle (Sumasapo-go)." By providing detailed support for smartphone and other digital technology challenges as we tour public facilities and other locations in the community, we aim to create an environment where everyone, especially seniors, can use digital tools with peace of mind, realizing a digital society where no one is left behind. Features and Selling Points ・Sumasapo-go offers two services: consultations regarding smartphone and other digital technology utilization, and participation in digital utilization workshops. ・We will tour 16 locations within the city, including the City Hall and various community centers, on the 1st to 4th Wednesdays and Thursdays of each month. Sessions are divided into morning and afternoon, and consultations are available to anyone without a reservation. ・Specialized staff will provide thorough support, from basic smartphone operations to online procedures and My Number related procedures. ・Online workshops will be conducted using monitors installed inside the vehicle.
