Participants: Adults aged 18 and over with a diagnosis of developmental disorder

(Individuals without a diagnosis but experiencing daily life challenges due to developmental traits are also welcome) – Approximately 25 people

2. Introduction to local self-help groups (Primo – Shizuoka Western Region Developmental Disorder Self-Help Group, PrismStation – Shizuoka City Adult Developmental Disorder Self-Help Group)

3. Group Discussion (Experience a self-help group session)
