FY2026 Hino City Constitution Day Lecture

Hino City will hold its annual Constitution Day Lecture on June 20 at Tamadaira no Mori Fureai-kan.

This event is held annually to provide an opportunity to reflect on familiar life themes through the lens of the Constitution. This year, Heralbony Co., Ltd. has been invited to speak.

With a mission to "Unleash your brilliance," Heralbony aims to create new culture together with disabled creators from Japan and abroad. Through their efforts, the session will discuss the importance of respecting and utilizing every individual's unique character, as well as the possibilities of a society that embraces diversity.

### Concurrent Exhibition

In a meeting room adjacent to the lecture venue, exhibits of works from local welfare facilities and project PR from relevant departments (Disability Welfare Division, Culture and Sports Division), along with a short survey, will be conducted. No reservation is required to view the exhibition, which is open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
