Event 'Iruma Station Front Alley Summer 2026 ~ Cooling Off with Mizu Shobai and Music ~' to be Held in Iruma City, Saitama

Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture, will hold a summer event at the Iruma Station South Exit Rotary on July 30 (Thu) and 31 (Fri), 2026, for two days, aiming to create a lively atmosphere at Iruma Station and attract tourists from outside the city. The venue will feature food trucks, street music performances, and mizu shobai experiences for children. Popular annual mizu shobai events, limited-time offers for those who come in yukata, and special projects in collaboration with the 60th anniversary of Iruma City's establishment will provide content to enjoy the summer evenings. ◆Event Highlights👀

●Opening Ceremony On the first day, July 30 (Thu) at 17:00, an introduction of co-sponsors and cooperating businesses, and a simultaneous mizu shobai ceremony will be held. Mizu shobai will be conducted with the participants to liven up the venue.

●Mizu Shobai The popular annual mizu shobai will be held again this year. 'Mizu shobai,' a traditional way to cool down, will bring 'coolness' to the venue and create a comfortable time unique to summer evenings.
