Kawanishi City is implementing a Driver's License Voluntary Return Promotion Project to prevent traffic accidents by elderly drivers. As a benefit, they will receive either 5,000 yen worth of ICOCA, 6,000 yen worth of Hanica, or up to 15,700 yen for the purchase of a public transportation commuter pass.
