11th All-Japan Conveyor Belt Sushi MVP Championship to be Held in Kitakyushu for the First Time

The 'All-Japan Conveyor Belt Sushi MVP Championship,' which gathers conveyor belt sushi chefs from across the country to compete in sushi technique and customer service, will be held in Kitakyushu City on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

On the day, the chefs will showcase the skills and hospitality they have cultivated. It is an event full of highlights where attendees can experience the tension of the competition, the movements of the chefs, and the excitement of the venue.

Two chefs from the local conveyor belt sushi chain 'Heishiro' will also participate: - Ryoya Nishi, Store Manager of the Nakama Branch - Imam Kurniawan of the Otemachi Branch (participating in the foreign human resources exhibition match)

This is a valuable opportunity to promote the appeal of sushi nationwide from Kitakyushu City, which calls itself the 'City of Sushi.'
