At the Maizuru City Child-Rearing Exchange Facility Asobi-am (Hama, Maizuru City), a hands-on event to spark children's curiosity and imagination, the special spring exhibition "¿???~Hatenahatena~", will be held from Friday, April 24, to Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

The Maizuru City Child-Rearing Exchange Facility Asobi-am has been holding special exhibitions regularly since its opening in 2015. This will be the seventh special spring exhibition.

This exhibition is a hands-on event structured from Asobi-am's unique perspective, based on children's feelings of "Why?" and "How?". Through play based on the concept of "?", it aims to draw out children's curiosity and imagination.

During the period, the facility will be divided into the following five zones, with permanent play areas themed around "?".

・ [Empathy Zone]: A corner for expressing their own "?" in words, such as "Hatena Kotoba".

・ [Brain Zone]: Corners that require thinking, such as "Are kana? Kore kana?" and "Irokoma".

・ [Conversation Zone]: An area to lead "?" to a solution through conversation.

・ [Five Senses Zone]: Corners for playing with the five senses, such as sight, hearing, and touch, like "Kieru Iro" and "Nani Nani BOX".

・ [Experience Zone]: Corners for feeling "?" by moving or imitating, such as "Sen o Kanjiru".

Additionally, a play corner by the NPO "Maizuru AsoBixS" will also be held (Sunday, April 26, 10:00-11:00).

Details of this event will be announced on the Maizuru City website and other channels as they become available.
