Bunka Corporation has provided a donation to Miyakonojo City's senior travel ticket program through the Corporate Hometown Tax system.

[Reference] What is Corporate Hometown Tax?

Corporate Hometown Tax is a system that allows companies to receive tax deductions from corporate-related taxes when they make donations to regional revitalization projects carried out by local governments certified by the national government.

The system underwent significant revisions in fiscal year 2020 to further enhance and strengthen regional revitalization. This allows for a total reduction of up to approximately 90% of the donation amount, when combined with the reduction effect from tax-deductible expenses (30% of the donation amount). For example, if a company donates 10 million yen, up to approximately 9 million yen in corporate-related taxes will be reduced.
