Naruto City, since its municipal organization as a city of tourism and culture in May 1947, and its merger with Oasa-cho in January 1967, has continued to develop. Next year, on May 15, we will reach the momentous milestone of the 80th anniversary of our municipal organization.
To celebrate this auspicious occasion with all our citizens, we will install a countdown sign for the 80th anniversary of city enforcement.

The sign will be displayed at the 79th Anniversary Commendation Ceremony venue and will be permanently installed outside the south entrance of the city hall for one year after the ceremony.
