Refresh Your Mind and Body at the Verdant Hosaka Natural Park! Pilates & Trail Running Events Held in May

Hosaka Natural Park in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, will host events in May, when the fresh greenery is at its most beautiful, with the aim of promoting the health of citizens and revitalizing the region.

We will hold "kokoro Pilates Exercise" to adjust mind and body with Pilates set to music, and a "Trail Running Event" with Yukari Seimiya, a top runner from Nirasaki, as an instructor. Through activities that utilize the rich nature, we will convey the joy of exercise and the charm of Hosaka.

This is a challenging and energetic event, also known as Nirasaki's "bizarre festival," planned by professional trail runner Kenichi Yamamoto, where participants run for 24 hours, and the park will be filled with enthusiastic cheers.
