Saitama City is implementing the 'Electric Vehicle Promotion Subsidy' to encourage citizens and businesses to transition to electric vehicles, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions and improve air quality. Applications for fiscal year 2026 will be accepted starting June 1 (Monday), and will close once the budget is exhausted. The subsidy covers the introduction of electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and V2H charging/discharging equipment.
