Takasago City supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to share dreams. This press release is the dream of "Takasago City."

Takasago City has set "A vibrant city where life thrives, futures excite, and smiles and compassion grow: Takasago" as its future vision and is currently promoting the "5th Takasago City Comprehensive Plan, Late Basic Plan." Our big dream is to create a city where every single citizen genuinely feels, "I want to fulfill my dreams in this city," through the achievement of this plan.

To create a state where everyone who lives, works, and studies in this city believes in their own potential and can truly feel "excited" about the future. That is the biggest "dream" that Takasago City holds.

Currently, the city hall is exhibiting "Dream Cherry Blossoms" collected from citizens.

The realization of "a city where people enjoy, connect, and thrive," as set forth in the comprehensive plan, requires the power of citizens' "dreams." "Putting dreams into words" is a courageous first step towards realizing them. Takasago City is a companion supporting that challenge, and Takasago City itself genuinely aims to become a "hub for dreams" where everyone can shine in their own way and speak of their dreams as a matter of course. By 2030, Takasago City will be a place full of smiles where all generations walk together with hope, leaving no one behind, based on the spirit of the SDGs. This dream we speak of today is not something that will end as a lie. We hereby declare that we will continue to move forward step by step with passion, together with our citizens, so that it will surely bloom as a full-blown "reality" someday.
