Toshima Ward is launching the "Citizen Business Proposal System" today, April 10th (Friday), as an initiative to incorporate resident voices into ward administration.

Themes for Recruitment This year's themes are "Environmentally conscious clean town development" and "New information dissemination to improve the ward's recognition and image." For the first theme, "Environmentally conscious clean town development," we focus on "effective resource utilization" that can be achieved in a densely populated city, especially with the worsening global warming. With the goal of passing on a clean and pleasant living environment to future generations, we have selected this theme to realize a town that is kind to both the planet and people, through energy conservation, green conservation, and community beautification.

For the second theme, "New information dissemination to improve the ward's recognition and image," the aim is to promote clear and accurate information dissemination to make the unique charm of each area known to more people, thereby enhancing the ward's image and brand power. This theme was chosen to advance unprecedented information dissemination methods, promotional activities, and public-private partnerships.

The application period is until May 18th (Monday). We look forward to your active proposals.
