To ensure employee feedback was incorporated into the uniform renewal, a project team of approximately 30 representatives from six domestic factories and three group companies was formed. Over the course of approximately 1.5 years, the team conducted surveys of all employees and verified samples on-site, focusing on enhancing safety, functionality, and design.

In addition to renewing winter/summer long-sleeve jackets, summer short-sleeve jackets, all-season trousers, and hats, the company has introduced polo shirts in response to employee requests.
