ClaN Entertainment Announces Masahito Ota as New President, Succeeding Motoyuki Oi

ClaN Entertainment Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masahito Ota) announced the change of its Representative Director and President on June 4, 2026, following its 4th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and subsequent board meeting. Under the new leadership, Masahito Ota, who previously served as Representative Director and Chairman, has assumed the role of President. Motoyuki Oi, who led the next-generation entertainment company since its establishment in April 2022, retired as director upon the expiration of his term. The transition aims to shift ClaN from its startup phase to a new growth phase, reinforcing its management and business execution capabilities as the creator economy rapidly expands. ClaN will continue to develop its business strategies, focusing on VTuber marketing, character IP, content creation, and its MCN 'C+'. Ota commented that he aims to ensure stable management while executing bold initiatives.
