MAISON CLASSIC SALON at Takanawa Gateway Station to Host 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT vol.2' on July 24 (Fri)

MAISON CLASSIC SALON, an open-air lounge located outside the south ticket gate on the 3rd floor of JR Takanawa Gateway Station (operated by CLASSIC INC., Representative Director: Toshikatsu Kayaba, Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), will hold a special event 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT vol.2' on July 24, 2026 (Fri) starting at 7:00 PM, where guests can spend time with their beloved dogs.

This event offers a relaxing evening experience on an all-weather, open-air terrace overlooking Takanawa Gateway Station, while enjoying our signature pancakes.

On the day of the event, photographer Rika Tomomatsu will be present for photo sessions. Participants will receive MAISON CLASSIC SALON's pancakes, and their dogs will receive a special dog food plate created in collaboration with DOG & CAT JOKER Takanawa Gateway store.

Please enjoy an elegant evening with your dog in our lounge space spread out above the station.

◾️ 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT vol.2' Held on the Terrace with a View of Takanawa Gateway Station

MAISON CLASSIC SALON is located with a view of Takanawa Gateway Station. It is one of the MAISON CLASSIC brand's three stores that opened simultaneously in March last year. During the day, it serves signature pancakes, and at night, it operates as a lounge bar offering original cocktails. The terrace seating, where you can enjoy high-quality food and drinks while listening to the sound of trains, is also a feature.

'DOG TERRACE NIGHT vol.2', the second installment of this event, allows guests to spend a relaxing time with their dogs while enjoying pancakes on the terrace.

As a unique event for MAISON CLASSIC SALON, which many customers visit with their dogs, it offers opportunities for dog lovers to interact and enjoy special moments with their pets.

◾️ A Special Evening Enjoying Pancakes and Dog-Friendly Canelés

On the event day, owners will be served MAISON CLASSIC SALON's pancakes. These pancakes are steamed after ordering and are characterized by their fluffy, gentle texture.

For dogs, a set meal will be provided, featuring a choice of two types of dog food plates in collaboration with DOG & CAT JOKER Takanawa Gateway store, along with a dog-friendly Kuramae canelé. A 'dog-friendly Kuramae canelé' to take home will also be gifted.

Furthermore, a photo session with photographer Rika Tomomatsu will be held on the day. Cherished memories with your dog will be delivered as digital data at a later date.

Participants in this event will also receive a 30% discount on grooming services at DOG & CAT JOKER Takanawa Gateway store. Enjoy a photo session with your beautifully groomed dog.

【Sweet Pancakes】

・MAISON CLASSIC Pancake

A standard pancake that allows you to enjoy the pure taste of the ingredients. Served with 'fermented salted butter cream' made with salt from Guérande, France. The cream has a gentle sweetness with a hint of saltiness.

・Fresh Blueberry & Confiture Pancake

Uses both fresh and confiture (jam) blueberries. This dish allows you to savor the refreshing aroma of fresh blueberries and the concentrated flavor of cooked blueberries.

・Apple Cinnamon Caramel Pancake

Served with a sauce made by simmering apples in caramel cream infused with cinnamon and vanilla. It pairs well with the salted fermented salted butter cream.

・Bacon & Salad Eggs Benedict Pancake

Eggs Benedict is traditionally a dish served on a muffin topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, made by emulsifying egg yolk and butter. At MAISON CLASSIC, we've adapted it by placing bacon and smoked salmon on steamed pancakes. This is also recommended as a lunch option.

・Shrimp Americaine Pancake

Steamed pancakes topped with shrimp marinated and sautéed with spices, generously drizzled with Americaine sauce, which is rich in crustacean flavor. Enjoy the contrast between the gentle sweetness of the pancake and the rich flavor of the shrimp.
