We have received the following feedback from actual participants:

◎ First-time Assignee, Sales Role

I highly recommend this course due to the valuable experiences shared by the instructor. The practical examples based on the instructor's extensive overseas assignment experience and the themes related to the mission of Japanese expatriates broadened my perspective before embarking on my global journey. Furthermore, I gained real information from the instructor and participants who had experience in my planned assignment country, making my image of life abroad more concrete.

◎ Experienced Assignee, Manufacturing/Production Role

Although I had overseas assignment experience, this systematic lecture highlighted themes I had not previously recognized as challenges. It was beneficial to learn about perspectives I didn't know during my first assignment before my second one. I felt reassured knowing that others in similar situations shared similar anxieties. It was a good opportunity as there are few chances to discuss such anxieties within my company.
