CLINKS Inc., a company specializing in AI services and system development, conducted a survey on the satisfaction of generative AI usage among 216 employees, releasing the report on May 27, 2026. While the adoption of generative AI is expanding, many report that it fails to meet expectations or integrate into daily tasks. The survey found that 56.0% of satisfied users feel they can use AI naturally in their daily work, whereas 50.0% of dissatisfied users reported no improvement in efficiency. The findings highlight that the key to satisfaction is having an environment where users can effectively master the tools after implementation. The survey shows that 65.2% are satisfied, while one-third feel no impact. Furthermore, using 2-3 tools is optimal, while using four or more leads to a decline in satisfaction. To increase satisfaction, companies should prioritize vendor support and literacy training to ensure long-term adoption.
