CMC Research to Host Seminar on Industrial Applications of Powder Materials for Metal 3D Printers (July 7)

CMC Research has announced an upcoming live webinar titled "Industrial Applications of Powder Materials and Metal Powders for Metal 3D Printers."

The seminar will be conducted via Zoom on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 13:30 to 16:30, featuring lecturer Akihiko Yanagitani, Specially Appointed Professor at the University of Hyogo and Deputy Director of the Metal New Material Research Center.

The seminar focuses on metal powders, the essential raw material for metal additive manufacturing (AM), covering everything from manufacturing technologies to the latest industrial application trends. The latter half will delve into the "metallurgical approach" to material development advocated by Prof. Yanagitani.

The registration fee is 44,000 yen for the general public, 39,600 yen for newsletter subscribers, and 26,400 yen for academic participants (all prices include tax). All registrants will receive seminar materials and access to a limited-time on-demand stream.
