Chiayi Fishery-Solar Project Permit Revocation Leads to Lawsuit by TCC and Farmers

The fishery-solar project F-zone operated by TCC Green Energy in Chiayi has had its permit revoked by the Chiayi County Government on the grounds of 'lack of aquaculture activity.' TCC has filed an administrative lawsuit, and local farmers and landowners have joined the litigation to protect their rights. TCC stated that the revocation was unjustified, noting that the project has met its aquaculture targets and that they have already reached a settlement with the individual farmer who initially complained. The Chiayi County Agriculture Department stated that since the case has entered the administrative litigation process, they will abide by the court's final ruling.
