7 Chinese Naval Vessels and 9 Aircraft Detected Around Taiwan; Military Monitors Situation

Central News Agency, Taipei, May 27. The Ministry of National Defense announced the movements of Chinese military aircraft and vessels today. Statistics from 6:00 AM yesterday to 6:00 AM today show that the military detected 7 Chinese naval vessels and 9 aircraft. Among them, 9 aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, entering northern, central, and southwestern airspace, and continued to operate around the Taiwan Strait. The Ministry of National Defense emphasized that the military is using mission aircraft, vessels, and land-based missile systems to strictly monitor and respond to the situation.
