Legislator Chen Ying expressed gratitude for the Executive Yuan's support in advancing the project. Taitung County Council Speaker Wu Hsiu-hua also stated she would urge the county government to complete the necessary procedures. DPP Legislator Chen Ying released a press statement today, noting that she had received petitions last year regarding the development needs of the Jinlun Creek area. The goal is to balance flood control with the improvement of tribal living environments. Chen Ying noted that she actively pushed for the land transfer after receiving the petitions. On the 26th, the Executive Yuan approved the free transfer of 26.5 hectares of land in Taimali Township. Chen Ying thanked the central ministries, the Taitung County Government, and the Taimali Township Office for their efforts, promising to track the project's progress to ensure timely completion. KMT Speaker Wu Hsiu-hua mentioned that during a site visit on January 19, the area faced challenges regarding sediment dredging and the revitalization of idle state-owned land. Thanks to the efforts of Legislator Huang Ren, the Executive Yuan officially approved the use of the land for the park project today. Wu emphasized that the land transfer is only the first step, and future planning and execution are critical.
