Keelung Mayor Hsieh Kuo-liang and his wife reported deposits of NT$5.94 million and business investments of over NT$88.86 million, an increase of over NT$29.04 million from the previous filing. TPP Chairman and former legislator Huang Kuo-chang noted in his departure filing that his building in Xizhi District, New Taipei City, was completely demolished in October 2024, and the housing tax registration was cancelled. The Control Yuan released the latest issue of the Integrity Special Publication today, including regular filings from Hsieh, Hualien Magistrate Hsu Chen-wei, Taitung Magistrate Yao Ching-ling, Hsinchu Mayor Kao Hung-an, Chiayi Mayor Huang Min-hui, and departure filings from TPP members like Huang. Hsieh and his wife reported five properties in Shulin District, New Taipei City. Mayor Kao Hung-an reported no land or buildings, with deposits of over NT$14.29 million, a decrease of about NT$3.8 million since taking office. Huang Kuo-chang and his wife reported land and buildings in New Taipei, Hsinchu, and Yilan, with debts of over NT$12.58 million. Huang specifically noted the demolition of his Xizhi family home, which had previously been accused of being an illegal structure on state-owned land.
