According to CNA, a track-fall incident occurred at the TRA Taipei Station on the 1st. The Railway Police Bureau received a report and rushed to the scene, where the injured 40-year-old man, surnamed Chen, had already been helped back onto the platform by concerned citizens. Chen stated that he fell due to feeling unwell. After reviewing surveillance footage, police ruled out any external interference. The case will be processed for penalties by the Railway Bureau in accordance with Article 57, Paragraph 2 of the Railway Act. The Taipei Branch of the Railway Police Bureau received the report at 1:25 PM regarding a person falling onto the tracks at Platform 4 of Taipei Station and immediately dispatched personnel. The injured man was assisted back to the platform by citizens and subsequently handed over to paramedics for transport to the hospital.
