(CNA) The Ocean Affairs Council's Coast Guard Administration (CGA) stated today that Chinese coast guard ships are operating in formation in the waters southeast of Taiwan, all remaining outside restricted waters. Currently, the CGA's 'Changbin' ship is monitoring them. The CGA strongly condemned the Chinese Coast Guard's claim of 'conducting law enforcement patrols in the waters east of Taiwan,' calling it a malicious political operation and cognitive warfare intended to infringe upon sovereignty. As of 11:00 AM today, Chinese coast guard ships '2304 (Baita)' and '2502 (Daishan)' were located approximately 51-52 nautical miles southeast of Lanyu. (Full text omitted for brevity)
