Following 800VDC, Delta Electronics' Chang Chun-hai: Solid-state transformers to see explosive growth next year

Delta Electronics President Chang Chun-hai appeared on a program before NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's GTC TAIPEI keynote. He stated that in response to changing power architectures in AI data centers, Delta has been developing solid-state transformers (SST) that allow for 'adjustable and controllable' power systems, expecting an explosive market next year. Unlike traditional transformers, SSTs can adapt to the volatile power loads of AI data centers. Additionally, Delta is using AI to streamline design processes, reducing costs by 50%.
