Cathay Financial Holding CIO Liu Shang-chi Appointed Vice Chairman of Cathay SITE

Cathay Financial Holding announced on the evening of the 2nd that the board of directors of Cathay SITE has elected Liu Shang-chi, the Chief Investment Officer of Cathay Financial Holding, to serve as the Vice Chairman of Cathay SITE, effective today. Cathay Financial Holding, on behalf of its subsidiary, announced that following board approval, Liu Shang-chi has been appointed as Vice Chairman of Cathay SITE. Liu possesses extensive industry and investment experience, as well as a cross-subsidiary perspective, which will enable him to actively assist the group in expanding the scale of its asset management business. Cathay stated that strengthening asset management and accelerating growth are common goals for the group, and it will gradually put in place the organization, resources, and personnel for Cathay's asset management, all while adhering to the legal framework.
