Judicial Assistant Alleges Workplace Bullying; Shilin District Court: Complaint Withdrawn

Central News Agency (Taipei) - Shilin District Court stated today that a judicial assistant had alleged workplace bullying on social media and filed a complaint. The court secured surveillance footage, but the assistant later withdrew the complaint. To avoid further conflict, the court adjusted the office location of the accused. The court explained that the assistant filed the complaint on May 22 and requested the footage, but withdrew it before the safety committee meeting. Regarding allegations of being blocked from entering the office or having photos deleted, the court clarified that the assistant had taken photos without permission, leading to a dispute that was resolved by a supervisor. The court emphasized it will continue to manage work assignments according to regulations.
