According to the Central News Agency, Wang Guang-ci, a former employee of the Ma Ying-jeou Foundation, has filed a workplace bullying complaint with the Taipei City Government. The Taipei City Labor Bureau stated on the 2nd that following a labor inspection, it confirmed that the foundation has established guidelines against workplace harassment. Employers are required to form an investigation team and complete the process within three months. According to Storm Media, Wang filed the complaint online. Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an confirmed during a city council session that the complaint was received on the 1st. Labor Bureau Director Wang Chiu-hsu explained that the foundation must follow the Occupational Safety and Health Act to investigate the claim. The Director emphasized that the foundation must appoint personnel to form an investigation team within two months, with a possible one-month extension, to conclude the investigation and disposition.
