(CNA) NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that the Vera Rubin architecture products in the second half of the year require "light-speed production." Mike Yang, Executive VP of Quanta and GM of QCT, stated that QCT's overseas expansion has never stopped, with three additional plants expected in the US by year-end, primarily in California. Speaking at COMPUTEX, Yang noted that the biggest challenge for the supply chain is whether technology and capacity can keep pace with AI's rapid evolution. Regarding potential power shortages, Yang expressed confidence, noting that QCT tracks power supply closely and has secured sufficient power through 2027, with most of 2028 also covered. On material shortages, he admitted some issues with Intel CPUs persist but noted the supply chain can flexibly adjust based on customer priorities. He jokingly added, "Shortages aren't necessarily bad; they indicate very strong market demand."
