Former Taoyuan City Councilor Wang Hao-yu pointed out on Facebook today that a STARLUX Airlines ground staff member took up-skirt photos of passengers and flight attendants on the aircraft, was caught and transferred for legal prosecution, seriously affecting passenger rights and the company's image.
