Huang, before departing Taiwan today, stated that it would be a great honor and that for Taiwan to maintain its prosperity, sustain economic growth, and seize the enormous opportunities of the AI revolution, it must have energy, as energy is essential for industrial and business growth. Huang concluded his 14-day stay in Taiwan this morning and departed for South Korea on a private jet. Regarding President Lai's invitation, Huang told the media it would be a great honor. From an industry perspective, he noted that Taiwan's first-quarter GDP growth rate reached 14%, indicating an explosive growth period for industries. He stressed that for Taiwan to maintain prosperity, sustain economic growth, and seize the opportunities of the AI revolution, energy is necessary. In a recent TV interview, President Lai said he welcomes Huang to visit Taiwan next time, have a meal with Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) Chairman Tseng Wen-sheng, and tour the power plants, which would boost confidence in Taiwan's power supply.
