CPBL Fubon Guardians vs. Uni-President Lions Game in Xinzhuang Postponed to June 30 Due to Rain

(CNA reporter Xie Jingwen, New Taipei City, June 12) Due to the impact of rain, multiple games on the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) schedule this week have been postponed. The game originally scheduled for today at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium between the Fubon Guardians and the Uni-President 7-ELEVEn Lions has also been announced to be postponed to June 30 for a make-up game.

For the Fubon Guardians' home games at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium this week, the game against the Wei Chuan Dragons on June 9 was postponed due to rain. Starting yesterday, they were in a two-game series against the Uni-President 7-ELEVEn Lions. The Guardians won yesterday's game 6-1. Today's game was originally scheduled to start at 6:35 PM, but the league issued an announcement stating that due to the rain, the game could not be played. This game will be postponed to June 30 for a make-up game at the same venue.
