(Taipei, June 12 — Reporter Jiang Ming-yan) Taiwan Taxi convened its 115th annual general meeting today, approving the 2024 financial statements. Earnings per share reached NT$9.01, and the company announced a cash dividend of NT$8 per share, setting a new record. Additionally, 55688 Express Delivery achieved a record high in May, with order volume surging 101.8% year-on-year.

Taiwan Taxi reported that its 2025 consolidated revenue reached NT$3.154 billion, reflecting year-over-year growth. Revenue momentum was driven by diversified operations, including taxi dispatch services, motorcycle express delivery, corporate transportation solutions, and platform matchmaking services. Through continuous optimization of its cost structure, the company achieved a net profit of NT$525 million, with earnings per share of NT$9.01.

Despite facing intense competition in Taiwan’s transportation market, the rise of shared mobility, and fluctuations in fuel and labor costs, Taiwan Taxi maintained steady growth by leveraging its dispatch system advantages, extensive driver network, brand trust, and digital functionalities.

Having deepened relationships with corporate clients for years, Taiwan Taxi now partners with over 13,500 businesses and large physical queuing points across Taiwan. Among its business units, 55688 Express Delivery achieved a new operational high in May, with order volume growing 101.8% compared to the same period last year, reflecting sustained market demand for instant delivery. Leveraging platform logistics resources and optimized smart algorithms, the service now achieves 'precise matching with delivery personnel within an average of 2 minutes.'
