(Central News Agency reporter Kuo Hsuan-wen, Hsinchu County, December 12) Ko Wen-je, founding chairman of the Taiwan People's Party, campaigned today with party-endorsed Zhubei mayoral candidate Qiu Chen-Yuan in Zhubei City. Regarding the Blue-White Alliance, Ko stated that inter-party dialogue is being managed by party chair Huang Kuo-chang, and emphasized that the Zhubei mayoral race has reached a critical stage, with this campaign event demonstrating their determination to win at all costs.

The Taiwan People's Party has nominated Qiu Chen-Yuan, who resigned as Deputy Mayor of Hsinchu City, to run for Zhubei mayor. Party Chair Huang Kuo-chang recently expressed confidence that Qiu can form the strongest 'iron triangle' in the Greater Hsinchu electoral zone alongside Hsinchu City Mayor Kao Hung-an and legislator Hsu Hsin-ying, who will represent the Kuomintang in the Hsinchu County magistrate election.

Today, Ko Wen-je and Qiu Chen-Yuan visited intersections in Zhubei City to solicit votes. When questioned by the media about the Blue-White Alliance, Ko responded on-site that the time to decide the Zhubei mayoral race has arrived, and their presence demonstrates a resolute determination to win. He added that negotiations and dialogues between parties are primarily being handled by Huang Kuo-chang.

Qiu stated on-site that transportation in Hsinchu is a key issue. Tomorrow, the Taiwan People's Party will hold a rally for its Hsinchu campaign team, featuring 17 candidates including the Zhubei mayoral hopeful, Hsinchu county and city councilors, representatives, and village chiefs, showcasing unity. Ko Wen-je and Huang Kuo-chang will attend to offer support.

He emphasized his experience in the national legislature and proven local governance achievements, positioning himself as the 'greatest common denominator between the Blue and White parties,' and called on the public for support. (Edited by Chen Jen-hua) 1150612
