Fire Breaks Out at Benzhou Industrial Park in Gangshan, Kaohsiung; Firefighters on Scene

(CNA Reporter Hung Hsueh-kuang, Kaohsiung, 12th) A fire broke out at the Benzhou Industrial Park in Gangshan, Kaohsiung tonight. The fire department dispatched 38 vehicles and 86 personnel to fight the fire. Fortunately, no one was injured or trapped, and rescue operations are currently ongoing. In addition, the air pollution team from the Environmental Protection Bureau has arrived at the scene to conduct testing. It is estimated that the affected areas will include Gangshan, Luzhu, and Alian.

According to the Kaohsiung City Fire Bureau, they received a report of a factory fire on Bengong 5th Road in Gangshan District around 7:00 PM. The Fire Bureau dispatched 38 vehicles and 86 personnel to the scene for rescue operations. There were no injuries or trapped personnel, and rescue efforts are continuing.
