(CNA Taipei, June 22) - The Taiwan stock market closed up 1276.31 points today at 47741.51 points. The July Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index futures closed at 48413 points, up 1661 points, with a premium of 671.49 points compared to the spot market.

The Taiwan Futures Exchange set the opening reference price for the index futures contracts for the past two months as follows: July futures at 46752 points, August futures at 46998 points.

The Taiwan stock market closed up 1276.31 points today at 47741.51 points, with a transaction value of NT$1.441468 trillion.

July Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index futures closed at 48413 points, up 1661 points, with 58,306 contracts traded; August futures closed at 48660 points, up 1662 points, with 323 contracts traded.
