The Central Weather Administration (CWA) announced that high temperatures of 37 degrees Celsius or above are expected to persist tomorrow in areas including Taoyuan and northern regions, inland central and southern areas, and the Huadong Rift Valley. From the 25th to the 27th, affected by the peripheral circulation of Super Typhoon Mekkhala and a southward-moving front, southern regions and mountainous areas are advised to prepare for heavy rainfall.

CWA forecaster Lin Ting-yi stated that tomorrow's winds will shift from westerly to southwesterly, keeping skies generally clear to cloudy. The Huadong region may see sporadic showers, while mountainous areas and the south will experience localized afternoon thundershowers.

Regarding the typhoons, Super Typhoon Mekkhala is currently moving towards the Ryukyu Islands and is expected to weaken into a medium typhoon tonight. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Higos is moving northwest before turning toward the sea south of Japan. Forecasters are monitoring the potential for a "Fujiwhara effect" after the 26th, though neither storm is expected to impact Taiwan directly.

Temperature-wise, tomorrow's highs will range between 31 and 36 degrees, potentially peaking above 37 in the aforementioned regions. Increased cloud cover and rain will cause temperatures to drop to around 30 degrees from the 25th to the 27th.
