The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) is continuing its international outreach, with Chairman Sherman Lin leading a delegation to the United States this June. This mission marks the second US visit this year, following an earlier trip to Silicon Valley and Los Angeles in March, aimed at strengthening ties between the US and Taiwanese capital markets.

Chairman Lin emphasized that the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) is evolving into a key platform for AI and forward-looking industries. By leveraging the TIB, enterprises can gain access to deep capital pools while integrating into Taiwan’s robust technology supply chain, effectively accelerating product development and market entry.

Taiwan’s capital market, currently ranked as the world’s fourth-largest by market capitalization, offers high liquidity and a comprehensive technological ecosystem. The TWSE is actively courting foreign companies to list locally; prominent examples include Alchip, BizLink, and Zhen Ding, all of which are key players in the AI sector and have significantly benefited from the support of the Taiwanese market.

Looking ahead, the TWSE plans to deepen collaborations with international venture capital firms, private equity groups, and industry associations. A dedicated team has been assigned to provide comprehensive listing services to international firms, further enhancing the global appeal and strategic depth of Taiwan's stock market.
