The Taipei City Disaster Response Center was subsequently upgraded to Level 3 enhanced activation. Due to the impact of Typhoon Mikla, heavy rain fell in Taipei City this morning. The Taipei City Disaster Prevention and Response Office stated that the current rainfall is concentrated in the Zhongshan, Neihu, Songshan, Xinyi, and Nangang districts. The maximum hourly rainfall was recorded at the Dagou Creek station in Neihu District, reaching 86.5 millimeters.
