TSMC Closes Flat, Taiwan Stocks Rise 211 Points to Close at 46,255

(CNA) - Taiwan stocks opened higher and fluctuated today, rising over 741 points in early trading before paring gains. The main index closed up 211.66 points at 46,255.26, with a turnover of NT$1.309394 trillion.

TSMC closed flat at NT$2,390. Yageo rose over 7%, driving up many passive component stocks. ABF substrate makers Xinxing, Nan Ya PCB, and Kinsus closed at their upper limit, while the memory sector was strong. (Editor: Lin Chia-han) 06/25/115
