115 Academic Year: 4,078 Spots Available for Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam for Talented Students; Successful and Reserve Candidates Can Now Submit College Preference Forms

(Central News Agency, Reporter Hsu Chih-wei, Taipei, July 1st) For the 115 academic year, the Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam for Talented Students has 67 participating institutions offering 4,078 spots. All institutions have announced their lists of successful and reserve candidates. Both successful and reserve candidates must log in to register their college preference order from today until the 3rd.

The Joint Committee for the Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam announced in a press release today that the lists of successful and reserve candidates for the 115 academic year's Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam for Talented Students were posted on June 25th. Candidates should check the websites of the institutions they applied to or the Joint Committee for the Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam website for their results, as no written notification will be sent.

Ren Yi-chun, director of the Joint Committee, reminded candidates that regardless of whether they are successful or reserve candidates for one or multiple departments/programs, they must log in to register their college preference order and confirm submission between 10 AM today and 5 PM on the 3rd. Admission eligibility will only be granted after the unified computer assignment process. Candidates who fail to register their college preference order within the specified time, or who register but only save it without "confirming submission," will be considered as not having registered.

The Joint Committee will conduct a unified assignment based on the lists of successful and reserve candidates from each institution and the candidates' registered college preference orders. Each candidate will be assigned to at most one department/program. The results of the unified assignment will be announced starting at 10 AM on July 7th. Candidates can check the unified assignment results on the Joint Committee for the Higher Vocational College Entrance Exam website; no written notification will be sent.
