(CNA, reporter Huang Kuo-fang, Chiayi County, July 6) The Puzi Employment Center of the Workforce Development Agency, Yun-Chia-Nan Branch, Ministry of Labor, will hold four special job fairs in July, offering over 600 job openings. The events will include company briefings, workplace visits, online recruitment, and on-the-job training to assist job seekers in finding employment.

The Puzi Employment Center announced in a press release today that the first job fair will be held on July 8 at the Dalong Enterprise Chiayi Plant. This event will combine a company briefing session where company representatives will present job details, salary, and benefits, thereby increasing the success rate of interviews.

The Puzi Employment Center stated that the second event, on July 10 at the Lucao Employment Service Station, is a "Machouhou Industrial Park On-site Job Fair and Workplace Visit." It features a "interview first, then visit" approach, allowing participants to visit the plant after their interviews to familiarize themselves with the future workplace atmosphere.

The Puzi Employment Center announced that from July 13 to 19, the third event will be an online job fair for You Neng Kindergarten and first-time applicants. Job seekers can easily submit their resumes from home, primarily targeting digital-native youth and early childhood education professionals.

The Puzi Employment Center said that the fourth event on July 22 will be held at the Taibao City Hall, offering over 400 job openings. Among these, a plastic machinery company will provide positions under the "Labor Employment Pass Program," which adopts an "employ first, train later" model. On-site mentors will provide one-on-one guidance, making it easy for individuals with no prior experience to enter the field.

Chang Chun-mei, director of the Puzi Employment Center, stated that July and August are crucial periods for young people entering the workforce and for companies to recruit talent. She hopes that these job fairs will help job seekers find suitable positions and enable companies to fill their staffing needs. For more details on the job fairs, please contact the Puzi Employment Center or visit the "Taiwan Jobs" website. (Editor: Li Ming-tsung) 1150706
