July Taiwan Stock Futures Down 114 Points

(CNA Taipei, July 6) - The Taiwan stock market closed down 224.23 points today, ending at 46556.39 points. The July Taiwan Stock Futures closed at 46886 points, down 114 points, with a premium of 329.61 points compared to the spot market.

The Taiwan Futures Exchange set the opening reference price for the nearest two-month index futures contracts as follows: July futures at 47000 points, August futures at 47207 points.

The Taiwan stock market closed down 224.23 points today, ending at 46556.39 points, with a transaction value of NT$1,019.666 billion.

The July Taiwan Stock Futures closed at 46886 points, down 114 points, with 58,693 contracts traded; the August futures closed at 47131 points, down 76 points, with 1,168 contracts traded. The actual closing prices are subject to the announcement by the Futures Exchange. 1150706
